School pick-up/drop-off help needed @Leslie

Hi -
I am in need of some intermittent school pick-up and drop-off help. I prefer working with one person but I would also be willing to have one person for pick-up and one for drop-off so let me know if either or both works for you. I pay $50 per drop-off and $35+ for pick-up depending on the time spent.
The drop-off involves arriving at my home at around 615a and dropping my son at school at 820a. We live three subway stops (approx 20 min transport) from the school. I ask you to make my son's breakfast (simple, usually cereal/toast/some fruit) and lunch (also simple). You will also help him get ready for school by making sure he is ready and brushes his teeth, etc before school. Then you go with him to his school and make sure he gets into the school OK. I pay $50 per drop-off.
The pick-up involves picking my son up at his school. You would arrive at the school at 4p. You take him back to my house on the subway (about 20 minute transport, 3 stops). Then unpack his backpack lunch (throw away or store uneaten food) and help him with a snack. Then you babysit until I arrive home.
I pay approximately $25 an hour with the following scale. I pay $35 if I arrive home between 430-5p, If I arrive after 5p, I pay $25 an hour rounding up to the next 30 minutes as follows:
by 530p = $40
by 6p = $50
by 630p = $63
by 7p = $75, etc.
I usually arrive home between 5-6p and will let you know if there are days where I might be late, but there may be one or two days when I need late help. I also may sometimes ask for night/babysitting help if you are interested - I pay $25/hour.
The schedule is not daily but intermittent with clusters of days needed throughout the month. I can usually give you the schedule two weeks before the next month starts for the entire month. I do ask that you communicate to me via text short status updates so I know things went smoothly.
My son is 9 and is in 4th grade. He's pretty self sufficient. We have one cat. We live in the Hell's Kitchen area and the school is in Chelsea.
