Custom SaaS System for Property Management Company @PropertyLink MGMT NYC

Looking for someone to build a custom SaaS integrated reservation and accounting system designed specifically for our company. We are a property management company with a unique business model (both long-term and short-term stays). Some of the basic modules will need to include an interactive schedule board, resident ledgers, client invoicing, comprehensive reporting, etc... The flat fee ($10,000) will be paid in tranches, upon mutual agreement.
