Job Summary
We are seeking a Teacher/Caregiver for March and April 2026.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children, supporting their developmental milestones, and fostering a love for learning. This role involves implementing curriculum, managing classroom activities, and providing individualized attention to meet the diverse needs of students.
Experience with children, early childhood education, and classroom management are essential to success in this position.
Duties
Lead children through the Rock Daycare daily curriculum and schedule (e.g. Circle Time, Wonder Time, Song & Dance Time, Outdoor Playground Time)
Plan and execute engaging lesson plans that promote active learning and curiosity among infants and preschool children
Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment conducive to learning and growth
Utilize behavior management techniques to foster positive behavior and social skills among students
Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other educators to support each child's welfare and educational journey
Ensure compliance with all OCFS regulations, safety protocols, and licensing requirements
