Part-Time Family Assistant - Newton, MA @Private Household

Our family is looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive family assistant to help our household run smoothly during the school year.
Schedule:
* Monday-Thursday
* Approximately 3:30-7:30 PM
* September through May (no summer commitment)
* Approximately 16 hours/week
We have a 1-year-old and a 6-year-old, but this is not primarily a childcare position. We are looking for someone to help simplify our evenings while we're home.
Responsibilities include:
* Preparing simple, healthy family dinners
* Cleaning up the kitchen after dinner
* Emptying and packing lunch boxes for the next day
* Folding and putting away family laundry
* Walking our friendly dog
This is not a housekeeping position-we are not looking for deep cleaning or regular house cleaning.
Our ideal candidate is reliable, enjoys cooking, is organization. Experience as a family assistant or household manager is a plus, but not required.
