Digital Support Assistant (Part time/Flexible Hours) @Hope Rotisserie

We are a family-owned company, focused on high-quality food, great coffee, and a welcoming community atmosphere. We're looking for someone organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented to help manage the behind-the-scenes digital and operational systems that keep the business running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

-Help with the creative elements of revamping our websites and mobile apps
-Upload and organize photos, menu items, and content
-Maintain and update our POS system (Toast)
-Add/edit menu items
-Upload images for online ordering
-Adjust item descriptions and categories

Help refine and format menus (both digital and printed)
Assist with online ordering setup and improvements
Ensure consistency between in-store and online menus
Provide general backend/operational support as needed

Ideal Candidate:

Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new systems
Experience with Squarespace, Toast POS, or similar platforms preferred
Strong attention to detail (this is very important)
Organized and proactive - can take initiative without constant direction
Good eye for layout, presentation, and clean formatting
Interest in food, hospitality, or small business is a plus

Schedule & Compensation:

Part-time, flexible hours
Combination of remote and in-person work
Competitive hourly rate based on experience- starting at $20 per hour
