Housekeeper (Light) and Night Attendant @Confidential Private Party

Private party with home in Pacific Palisades (Riviera neighborhood not affected by fires) is seeking a part-time housekeeper to live onsite in 15,000+ private estate for room and board and, hourly wage.

Position reports directly to homeowner who is a professional elderly adult male. Home is staffed with fulltime housekeepers, cook and other household help.

Responsibilities include:
Light housekeeping such as loading and unloading dishwasher
Wiping counter tops
Dusting surfaces
Stocking bathrooms and kitchen w/ essentials
Potentially light grocery shopping and/or local errand running
Being available to accept deliveries, open packages and organize items as needed
Potentially providing assistance to prepare for events (will work and train with existing employees)

Applicant must like dogs (two large dogs are on premise), work well with existing long-term employees and must be a good communicator.

No smoking or drugs on premise. References required.

Room and board includes a large private, recently renovated bedroom, private bathroom, WiFi, cable, use of pool, gym and tennis court when available and onsite parking.

Hourly wage is $18 per hour
Part-time work hours, approximately 30 hours per week including weekends and evenings
Paid time off after 1-year
Discretionary year-end bonus
No medical benefits
