We are seeking a dependable and professional Part-Time
Doorman/woman for a private residential condominium on Palm Beach Island. The ideal candidate will provide a welcoming presence for residents and guests while maintaining awareness of building entry and assisting with packages, delivering and general resident needs. This position requires reliability, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents and quests in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor lobby and building entrance to maintain security awareness
- Assist residents with doors packages, and deliveries
- Coordinate visitor access and notify residents of guest arrivals
- Maintain a clean and orderly lobby area
- Communicate with building management regarding any concerns
- Provide general assistance to residents as needed
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Prior doorman, concierge hospitality, or security experience preferred but not required
Schedule
Seasonal Schedule (In Season):
- Friday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Saturday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Sunday: 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Off-Season Schedule:
- Every Other Friday: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Sunday: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Additional hours may be available to cover shifts when the primary doorman is on vacation or unavailable
Compensation
- Hourly pay: $18 depending on experience
Work Environment
This position is located in a private residential condominium on Palm Beach Island and requires professionalism, discretion, and excellent resident service
