Household Manager / Family Assistant @Family

We're looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly Household Manager to help our busy family run smoothly during the after-school rush. This is an afternoon role, ideally 3-6 PM, 3-4 weekdays per week (we can go up to 5 days for the right fit). Starting September.

Location: South Philadelphia
Pay: $25/hour (negotiable based on experience and will go higher for someone who drives)

Responsibilities include:
- Dinner prep for three kids (simple, family-friendly meals)
- Lunch prep for the next day
- Emptying and loading the dishwasher
- Starting, folding, and putting away laundry
- Straightening up rooms (light tidying only)
- Wiping down kitchen counters after cooking
- Light childcare (we'll mostly be shuttling kids to sports, but you may keep an eye on them at home, or remind them to do their homework.)

Nice to have:
- If you can drive, that's a plus! You may occasionally help with drop-offs/pick-ups, but it's not required for the role.

What's NOT required:
- No deep cleaning - we have a weekly cleaning service
- No heavy lifting or errands outside the home

We're looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working with kids and families. (We are a family of five with three sons ages 3, 7, and 9.)
- Is organized and efficient with time
- Is dependable and consistent
- Can start mid-afternoon and work into the early evening
