Dependable And Warm Household Manager In Phoenixville @Kim

We are a growing family with two working parents (3rd baby expected around Halloween).

We are interested in household management for the following starting in September/October.

- laundry (do the laundry and put away)
- tidying (primarily common spaces)
- kitchen counters/dishes, playroom toys
- meal prep
- support for things like seasonal clothes transitions, ups/post office/grocery pick up errands, some organization
- restocking (i. e diapers from the basement to the changing table etc.)

We would like for this to be
- 1x/week (3-4 hrs) total in the Fall, increasing to
- 2x/week (6 hrs total) in January when my leave ends.

We would like for this person to work with us for a while, likely adjusting to changing family needs over time and potentially adding some ad-hoc child care. Deep cleaning is not expected as we do this bi-weekly.

Choose your own hours - anytime between 8am and 3pm (when the older kids are at daycare). We would like the days to be relatively consistent, understanding that there will be shifts due to class schedules between semesters.

Pay starts at $19-20/hr, with room for growth as responsibilities increase.
