A Learning Express Toy Store Sales Representative creates a warm, welcoming environment and serves an essential role in bringing joy to Customers of all ages. The Sales Representative demonstrates a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, as well as, excellence and efficiency in the workplace.

Accountabilities/Duties:

* Promptly greet Customers with genuine warmth and enthusiasm to determine interests / needs
* Maintain strong product knowledge
* Process Customers efficiently and accurately utilizing the point-of-sale system
* Invite guests to join the VIP Program and Mailing List to benefit from special promotions
* Uphold a clean and organized store presentation, which includes routine sweeping/mopping and dusting/cleaning
* Replenish retail merchandise and to help ensure a strong visual presentation.
* Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.
