Key Responsibilities:
Kitchen Assistance
Assist in basic food preparation tasks such as cutting vegetables, preparing toppings, and assembling pizzas.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety protocols.
Help with dishwashing, cleaning equipment, and organizing storage areas.
Support chefs/cooks during rush hours for timely food preparation.
Serving & Customer Interaction
Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive dining experience.
Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately and promptly.
Monitor tables, refill drinks, and handle guest requests courteously.
Communicate special offers, combos, or events to guests.
Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and ready for the next guests.
Teamwork & Operations
Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff for smooth service flow.
Assist in stocking supplies and reporting shortages to the manager.
Follow opening and closing procedures as assigned.
