Position: Storm Restoration Representative / Project Manager / Customer Relations Manager

We do storm restoration, roof replacements, commercial construction both interior and exterior. We are looking for sales associates that want to change their life!
If you can talk to people (lots of them), are willing to travel, understand construction (somewhat, we can teach you) and are willing to climb on roofs, we want you to interview with us.
Our entry level position here is roof and siding sales. We provide the areas for door-knocking, leads and referrals. We will teach the sales process and how to close sales and get paid.
Our company's revenue tripled from 2023 to 2024, growing to over 10 million dollars worth of restoration projects and insurance claim related construction, and we are expecting to continue to grow up to 20 million for 2025 to become one of the area's fastest growing restoration companies. To handle the additional jobs our company anticipates, we need 3-5 driven, energetic, independent individuals to join our team and assist homeowners with their insurance claims, estimates, and storm damage inspections.

Individuals we hire receive training on the basic construction, insurance, and storm damage knowledge they need in order to represent and assist homeowners through their projects, so prior experience is not necessary.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Pay: Depends on how much you sale. The average sales rep makes between $90,000 to $160,000 per year
This is 100% commission based
$50 per qualified inspection (average inspection takes 45-60 minutes)
Commissions paid on all completed claims (average commission $3,500-6,500 per job)
Annual company trip
Qualifications
Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers
Must be physically able to climb a ladder to a roof when necessary
Must have reliable transportation
Independent nature, self-discipline, and good time management (representatives create and manage their own work schedule)
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not a necessity
Must be willing/able to self-generate leads as well as run office-leads
Must have a smart phone capable of taking pictures/video during home inspections and use company apps for job files
Responsibilities & duties of the position
Inspecting & documenting homes for storm damage
Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the repairs and claims process and sign restoration agreements
Creating estimates & measuring home exteriors and damages
Marketing / lead generation for new prospects
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $70,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 - 60 per week
