Are you passionate about developing athletes, building confidence, and competing at a high level?

An established and growing North Texas volleyball club based in Rockwall is seeking experienced, energetic coaches for the upcoming club season. We are looking for coaches who love teaching the game, value player development, and understand that great coaching extends beyond wins and losses.

What You'll Do

Lead practices 2-3 evenings per week
Coach weekend tournaments throughout the season
Develop athletes' technical skills, volleyball IQ, and confidence
Foster a positive, disciplined, and competitive team culture
Communicate professionally with players, parents, and club leadership
Collaborate with fellow coaches and directors to ensure a consistent club philosophy
Qualifications

Previous coaching experience (club, high school, collegiate, or equivalent preferred)
Strong knowledge of volleyball fundamentals and game strategy
Ability to motivate and develop athletes of varying skill levels
Dependable, organized, and professional
Positive role model with excellent communication skills
Preferred

Playing experience at the collegiate or high-level club level
USAV certification (or willingness to obtain before the season)
Current SafeSport certification (or willingness to complete)
