Customer Service Representative - Rytina Cleaners

Rytina Cleaners is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and enjoy providing excellent customer service during garment drop-off and pick-up.

Responsibilities Include:

Greeting and assisting customers
Processing orders using our POS system
Handling customer questions with professionalism and care
Supporting daily front counter operations

Qualifications:

Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with POS systems preferred
Dependable and organized

We are open Monday through Saturday and offer a flexible part-time schedule with the possibility of full-time hours.
