Position Overview
As a Host, Busser, or Food Runner at Eggsburgh, you are the foundation of smooth service flow. From greeting guests to supporting the kitchen and servers, your role ensures every guest has a positive and seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude
Maintain organized seating and support efficient table flow
Clear and reset tables quickly and thoroughly
Assist in keeping the dining area clean, stocked, and ready
Deliver food accurately and efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
Support servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Communicate clearly and work as a team to handle busy shifts
Stay composed, focused, and solution-oriented during high-volume periods
What We're Looking For
A strong team player who is reliable and ready to support others
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
Positive, energetic attitude with a guest-first mindset
Willingness to jump in wherever needed-no task is too small
Strong communication and awareness of restaurant flow
Ability to be on your feet and move quickly throughout your shift
Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
