Job Description
Rx for The Mind is a new hypnotherapy practice in Sarasota founded by Gerry Letendre, MBA, Certified Hypnotist, and NLP Practitioner.

We help clients achieve lasting personal change through evidence-based hypnosis, NLP, and mindset coaching.
We're seeking a creative, motivated Social Marketing Assistant to help build our digital presence, increase engagement, and support our brand's growth. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in social media marketing, wellness branding, and creative storytelling.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Creating engaging posts, reels, and graphics using Canva or similar tools
- Writing captions and maintaining a consistent posting calendar
- Monitoring engagement, responding to comments/messages
- Tracking metrics and suggesting creative improvements
- (Optional) Assisting with email marketing or blog updates

Qualifications
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Proficiency with major social media platforms
- Basic design or content-creation experience (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
- Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
- Interest in psychology, wellness, or creative marketing a plus

Compensation
$18-$25 per hour, depending on experience and skill level

Hours per Week
Approximately 10-15 (flexible schedule)
