Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Craft Production and Warehouse Assistant. In this role, you will assist with the creation of craft products, including stickers, signs, and other items. Additionally, you will support our packing and shipping operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

Responsibilities (not limited to):

Assist in the production of craft products, including stickers, sign boards, and other related items.
Support the packing and shipping process to ensure orders are accurately prepared and sent out on time.
Help maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
Assist with inventory management and restocking materials as needed.
Requirements

Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and etc).
Familiarity with computer programs such as Photoshop, Canva, Cricut and etc is preferred but not mandatory
Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of organization
Previous experience in customer support or clerical roles is advantageous but not required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
Basic knowledge of craft production processes is a plus, but not required.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.
Flexibility to assist with various tasks as needed in the production and shipping areas.
Prior warehouse or production experience is a plus, but not required.
No prior experience is required for this entry-level position. We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn, open to feedback, and motivated to grow - the right attitude matters more than experience.
