To support this, we are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Creator & Manager to elevate our online presence, build community engagement, and promote our properties across digital platforms.
Role Overview
The Social Media Creator & Manager will own the strategy, content creation, and day-to-day management of our digital presence. You will create compelling stories around our properties, community events, renovations, and lifestyle experiences-showcasing what makes our apartments and communities unique.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with property marketing campaigns, lease-up goals, and community engagement.
- Create, edit, and post high-quality short-form videos, reels, graphics, and photos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
- Manage posting schedules, engagement, and analytics across platforms.
- Collaborate with property managers, leasing staff, and ownership to capture content from tours, resident events, renovations, and new amenities.
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Build and manage targeted paid ad campaigns for lease-ups and special promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with social trends, real estate marketing best practices, and competitor activity.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in social media management, preferably in real estate, multifamily, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong creative skills in videography, photography, and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
- Understanding of social media algorithms, paid advertising, and analytics.
- Excellent written communication and storytelling ability.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.
- Local knowledge of the Tampa market a plus.
