In-Person Elementary Tutor Needed (Math, Reading & Writing) – Near USF (33612) @Chip Williams

We are seeking a reliable, patient, and engaging college student to provide in-person tutoring for our 7-year-old and 11-year-old in math, reading, and writing. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, explains concepts clearly, and helps build both confidence and strong academic foundations.

This role will focus on reinforcing grade-level skills, strengthening core fundamentals, and assisting with homework in a positive, structured environment.

Details:
Location: Near USF (33612 area)
Format: In-person required
Schedule: Late afternoons or early evenings, 1-2 sessions per week (1-2 hours per session)
Subjects: Elementary math, reading comprehension, and writing
Start Date: ASAP / Flexible

For the right long-term fit, there may be an opportunity for additional paid hours (such as occasional after-school pickup/transportation). Clean driving record and reliable vehicle required for any transportation responsibilities.

Qualifications:
Current college student preferred (Education, English, Math, or related field a plus)
Experience working with elementary-age children
Dependable, organized, and strong communicator
Reliable transportation

Compensation:
