Project Manager for Micro-Resort buildout @Retreats by the Sea

Looking for someone with previous experience managing construction projects, budget, excellent written tracking skills for project management using software.

Property is located in Trinidad on 2 acres an old apple orchard on flat usable land zoned Rural, Residential, Agricultural. Looking for understanding and application of Humboldt County Planning codes and Coastal Commission rules. Looking to build low waste water and impact mini units for farm stays. Want I build out farm stand and eco-wellness resort

Must be able to meet on site to meet contractors when needed and to monitor the projects. Also meet with owner twice a week via Zoom to check tracking together.
