Metro X Realty - Student Housing Internship

Position: Part-Time Assistant - Tech + Real Ops (Summer Full-Time Option)
Location: Troy, NY 50% Remote
Hours: 10-20 hrs/week during semester → Full-time Summer 2025
Pay: $15-$20/hr (cash)
Optional Housing: Bedroom available in one of our student housing properties

Metro X Realty is a student housing business based in Troy, NY, managing and modernizing apartments for RPI students. We integrate technology into property operations - from smart locks and cameras to AI-assisted administrative tools - to create a smooth, efficient experience for both management and tenants.

Role Overview:
Ideal for students who are tech-savvy, organized, and curious about real estate, property management, or smart home systems. Begin part-time now and transition to full-time in summer 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
-Automate operations using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier)
-Assist with smart locks, Wi-Fi, and cameras
-Provide virtual and on-site support for move-ins/move-outs
-Support marketing and social media
-Help organize documentation and systems
