About Us:
The Shoreham West Cooperative ("SW") is a 63-unit prestige community located in NW Washington, DC.
We are looking for full time individual to provide door services for our residents.
The door person sets the first impression of our community. You would confidently deliver superior customer experience by assisting and greeting residents & visitors to the property & assisting them with their needs. Your presence contributes in providing a sense of community for the residents .
Hours 3pm to 11pm.
About You:
Reliable.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
A sharp professional appearance
Proficiency with various software, apps and computer programs
An eye for detail and ability for anticipating a customer's needs
A customer-focused mentality
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
