Household & Family Operations Assistant (Part-Time, Paid Hourly) @Warm & Friendly (But Busy!) Wellesley Family

We are a warm, friendly, and organized (but very busy!) family living near Wellesley College, looking for a capable and self-directed Wellesley student to help us divide and conquer some of the administrative aspects of family life.

We are two full-time working parents, and we're looking for help with the invisible labor that keeps a family and household running smoothly. This role is part personal assistant, part household organizer, and part capable extra set of hands.

What you'll help with:

"Life Admin That Keeps the Family Functioning"
Family & Life Logistics: Scheduling doctor/dentists appointments, summer activities, low-key kid birthday celebrations

"Things I'd Totally Do If I Weren't at Work"
Household Errands & Local Runs: Dropping off dry cleaning, returns, packages, donations

"Projects That Deserve a Calm Saturday Morning"
Home Organization Projects: Organizing books, board games, toys, mementos

"Small Tasks That Only Take an Hour"
Household Upkeep Projects: Cleaning the dryer, washing machine, humidifiers

Logistics:

Part-time, hourly pay
Mix of remote work and in-person help
Flexible scheduling, coordinated week-to-week
Must be responsible, trustworthy, highly organized, and comfortable taking initiative
