Actively Hiring : Property Manager / Tenant Coordinator
Ideal for a College or Graduate Student - Weston, Massachusetts
About the Role
Looking for a reliable, well-organized college or graduate student to help manage a rental home in Weston, Massachusetts. This is a part-time, hands-on role for someone comfortable communicating with prospective tenants, conducting light maintenance, and periodically checking in on the property. Flexible scheduling that can conveniently work around a class schedule. Prior experience with household repairs is essential.
Compensation
- $30.00 per hour
- Flexible, part-time hours based on tenant activity and seasonal needs
Responsibilities
- Interview prospective tenants and screen applicants
- Show the property to prospective tenants, scheduling and conducting walkthroughs
- Provide excellent, timely communication and follow-up with prospective and current tenants
- Coordinate services with any outside contractors, and other vendors as needed
- Follow up with new tenants to facilitate a smooth move-in process
- Manage key access and coordinate lock changes or key handoffs as needed
- Conduct quarterly property inspections and report findings
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a college or graduate program, or a recent graduate
- Strong ability to complete small repairs - written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Available for occasional property visits and quarterly inspections
- Must have own vehicle for travel to Weston, MA.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management is a plus but not required
