Crispy Cones is an ice cream dessert shop that is revolutionizing the soft-serve cone. We strive to create high-quality desserts and provide our guests with a unique, memorable experience.
We are looking for Team Members to join us at our Wilmington location. (120 Market Street) Team Member responsibilities include baking and creating beautiful ice cream cones. To be successful in this role, you should be hard-working, motivated, fun, and easy to work with.
- Experience in the food industry (1 year preferred but not necessary)
- Excellent communication skills with guests and team members
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving attitude
- Able to create high-quality cones for guests
- Ensure cooking and prep areas are clean and organized
- Follow health and safety regulations
