Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build a warm, well-managed, and engaging classroom environment
- Plan and teach lessons that support both academic growth and social-emotional development
- Adapt instruction to meet the individual needs of your students
- Communicate regularly with parents and collaborate closely with colleagues
- Maintain classroom organization and student records
- Participate in staff meetings and school community events
- Help prepare students for success in future grades through a mix of structure and creativity

Qualifications
Required:
- Teaching experience in an elementary classroom
- Minimum of CDA
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field
- Teaching license (not required but considered an asset)
