Nanny/Mothers Helper Needed For 10 Month Old @Care.com

We are looking for a great nanny/mothers helper for 1 child in Akron. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who is CPR certified and who has college degree (not required). I work from home full-time but need to be able to step away from the baby for meetings or catch up work. Light housework is appreciated but not required as I will be home. Baby is exclusively breastfed so you would not be responsible for feedings. The only expectation is caring for and taking initiative with the baby despite me being home. I would LOVE someone who is flexible with days. You would be paid hourly and we are open to purchasing tickets or passes for outings.
