Long-Term Part-Time Nanny/Helper — Alexandria Family, $18–28/hr @Karla Carroll

We need care 3 days a week (about 12-16 hrs/week total), typically within a 3-8 PM window. Days vary based on the kids' after-school activities and mom's work schedule, but we'd love to settle into a set routine with the right person. Occasional weekends too.

Main things we need help with: driving both kids to their after-school activities, making a simple dinner for the family, helping our 8-year-old with homework, and some light tidying - laundry, cleaning up the kitchen after cooking, running the dishwasher, taking out trash when it's full.

Must have reliable transportation. Clean driving record is a must, and we'll need to do a background check, CPR cert (or willingness to get one), and references. Pay is $18-28/hr depending on experience.
