Medical Receptionist @Two Steps Ahead Podiatry, Inc

Independent Podiatry Office in Batavia has an open position for a part time receptionist. Office hours are Monday and Wednesday 9am to 5pm and Tuesday and Thursday 1pm to 6pm, working hours are flexible within office hours. Pay is $16.00 per hour.

Routine Duties:
Answering phone calls
Setting Appointments
Checking Voice Mail and returning calls
Checking patients in when they arrive
Collecting co-payments and patient balances during appointments
Faxing patient documents
Scanning documents
Printing Forms
Light cleaning
