Nanny /Nanny Share Needed For My 4 Month Old @Care.com

In search of a wonderful nanny to watch our boy during the week starting January 6th ! He will be 4 months old. Exact hours are TBD but need around 15 hours/week. I (his mother) work from home and will be there most if not all of the time, on meetings and calls upstairs. I breastfeed and plan to continue to do so, and will pump for bottles. Prefer reliable vehicle. We require someone who does not smoke, and who is CPR certified. Will be conducting background checks.
