Aide for Young Man with Autism @Kieselstein Autism Program

We are seeking responsible, creative, kind, spirited, initiative-taking individuals to help my son Aaron, who is 33, continue to improve his living and communication skills as he works towards a more independent life.

Thursdays, 10a-6p, weekly.
Position begins September 3.

Assist with activities of daily living, using prompting and fading procedures to increase independence.
Help implement recreational and customized employment activities.
Work daily on increasing communication through preferred activities.

Prior experience working with young adults with developmental disabilities is preferred.
