We are hiring Field Guides IMMEDIATELY to facilitate life-changing wilderness therapy experiences for youth in the beautiful mountains of Northeast Georgia.

NO EXPERT WILDERNESS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

While a background in hiking, camping, or backpacking is a major plus, we care much more about your character, empathy, and willingness to learn. We will train the right candidates!

WHO YOU ARE:
- Passionate about mental health, mentorship, and youth development.
- Resilient, adaptive, and a natural team player.
- Able to comfortably spend extended time outdoors in various weather conditions.
- WFR, WFA, CPR, or EMT certifications are a huge plus (but not required).

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Co-lead outdoor group dynamics and facilitate therapeutic wilderness activities.
- Ensure the physical and emotional safety of participants in the backcountry.
- Teach basic camping, outdoor living, and self-reliance skills.
