Part-Time Companion For Senior With Early-Stage Dementia @Care.com

Looking for a kind, patient, and engaging companion to spend occasional time with my husband who is in the early stages of dementia. Schedule is very flexible. Responsibilities would include visiting and socializing with him, going for walks, and engaging him in enjoyable activities such as puzzles, games, reading, and conversation to encourage mental stimulation and social connection. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and enjoys working with seniors. Experience with dementia or memory loss is a plus. This position will also provide me with some occasional respite and time for myself. Flexible schedule.
