Week 1: Weds/Thurs/Fri 4-10pm
Week 2: Weds/Thurs 4-10, Sat/Sun 8-4pm

PAY: $17/hr + based on experience

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to provide essential support and care for adults with disabilities. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their overall well-being.

DUTIES
*Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
*Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
*Facilitate social interactions and community engagement opportunities to enhance social skills and independence.
*Monitor clients' physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes to appropriate personnel.

EXPERIENCE
*Previous experience in direct support or patient care is preferred but not required.
*Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members are essential.
*Must pass a caregiver background check.
