Staff Accountant I @BrandsMart USA

We are seeking a detail-oriented on-site Staff Accountant I to provide general accounting support. This is an entry-level role ideal for a recent accounting graduate looking to build a strong foundation in corporate accounting within a public company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with revenue, accounts receivable, and cash processing and reconciliation.
- Support daily system reconciliation to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial statements.
- Perform follow-up and resolution of charge backs and customer inquiries.
- Provide supporting documentation and schedules to internal and external auditors as requested.
- Maintain and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and documentation.
- Perform other general accounting duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (four-year) in Accounting.
- Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
