Darlene & Company is a relationship-driven real estate team serving MetroWest Massachusetts.

We're seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to support our growing brand across digital and print platforms.

Responsibilities:
Manage and schedule social media content (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Assist with short-form video posting and light editing (Reels/Stories)
Coordinate blog publishing and basic SEO
Manage email newsletters (formatting, scheduling, segmentation)
Oversee print marketing including mailers and listing materials
Support community event promotion and brand campaigns
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

Qualifications:
Strong written communication skills
Highly organized and self-motivated
Experience with Canva or similar design tools
Basic understanding of social media strategy
Video editing experience is a plus
Real estate marketing experience is helpful but not required

Details:
Part-time, flexible hours
Hybrid preferred (local to MetroWest MA)
