Part-Time After-School Nanny / Family Helper – Hingham, MA @Private Family – Hingham, MA

We're a family in Hingham looking for a reliable, responsible college student to help with our two children (ages 10 and 7, in 4th and 1st grade) during the school week, beginning in December 2026 or January 2027.

SCHEDULE:
- Monday-Friday, approximately 3:15-6:00 PM
- Approximately 12-15 hours per week
- Some flexibility on Fridays if needed
- Additional hours may be available but are not required

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet the children at the school bus around 3:15 PM
- Help our 10-year-old with homework
- Drive the children to occasional playdates or after-school activities (all local, no long-distance driving)
- Help manage the afternoon routine until approximately 6 PM

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Local college student, ideally living at home and commuting to school
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Prior childcare experience preferred
- Responsible, friendly, and dependable
- Able to commit through the spring semester, ideally longer

COMPENSATION: $25/hour, depending on experience.

We're looking for someone who enjoys spending time with kids and can become a consistent part of our family's weekday routine. We're happy to work around a college class schedule where possible.
