Electroplater @Cal-Aurum Industries

Job Summary
We are seeking an Electroplater to ensures products meet safety, manufacturing, and regulatory standards. Reporting directly to the Plating Manager/Production Foremen. This role requires a candidate who is extremely detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow work orders: Documentation for each job to provide consistent results meeting customer requirements.
- Set up and control various plating equipment: such as:
o Rectifier
o Timer
o Barrels/racks
- Interact with Quality Control Personnel: Ensure product quality is excellent at every stage of plating process
- Interact with Laboratory Personnel: Ensure plating baths are kept at optimal efficiency

Qualifications & Skills
- Education & Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Required Skills:
o Ability to read and write in English

Preferred Skills: Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in other areas of production; Previous experience with blueprints a bonus

Physical Demands & Work Environment: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and spend long hours standing, walking, moving, bending, in a manufacturing setting. Must be safety conscious and comfortable working around chemicals (protective gear provided).

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $20 and up, dependent on experience and education.
