We have helped 20+ students attain their goals of admission to Physical Therapy School. This is a full-time position Monday - Friday with exact hours to be determined.

Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Physical Therapy Aide and Assistant Patient Care Coordinator

Job Brief:
- The role of a Physical Therapy Aide is to maintain a high cleanliness standard for the facility, while also supporting and assisting fellow Aides in clinic duties.
- The role of the Assistant Patient Care Coordinator is to support the Patient Care Coordinator to create a positive and stress-reduced patient experience.
- For the upcoming two weeks, you will be trained by management before being fully elevated into the role.

Job Objectives:
- As a Physical Therapy Aide, you are responsible for supporting and assisting your fellow Aides on general clerical duties, patient care (room transitions, patient modalities, work in the gym), housekeeping, equipment stocking, inventory management, and overall facility management.
- As the Assistant Patient Care Coordinator, you are responsible for supporting the Patient Care Coordinator with patient intake, scheduling adjustments, insurance questions, and patient interaction.

Responsibilities:
Proficiency of general administrative duties such as:

Answering the phone:
- Patient scheduling
- New patient intake
- Pulling Insurance benefits for verification
- Waitlist Phone Outreach
- Insurance Verification Calls
- Facilitation and maintenance of Eval and Re-Eval Faxing
- Facilitation and maintenance of PA Process in accordance with Patient Coordinator
Proficiency of general physical therapy aide duties such as:
- Room transitions
- Administrating patient modalities
- Bathroom checks and maintenance
- Frequent facility checks and maintenance.
- Patient interaction
Facilitate and manage the following:
- Creation and distribution of patient bill slips
- Creation and maintenance of appointment notes in EMR
- Creation and tracking of EMR documentation in accordance with patient care and insurance pre-authorization
- One-off projects and tasks that improve business function.
Compensation:
- $22.50-$24.00/Hr with guaranteed forty working hours per week
