Reliable Nanny Needed - Downtown Jersey City, 1 Child @Julie Jo

We are a friendly family in Downtown, Jersey City seeking a reliable, warm, and engaging babysitter for our 3-year-old son.

Responsibilities include:

Picking up our son from school (5 min walk from home)
Supervising and engaging with him at home - playtime, conversation, activities
Light tidying related to childcare

We are looking for someone who is punctual, patient, warm, and genuinely enjoys engaging with young children. Previous childcare or babysitting experience preferred.

Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm to start - this initial period is to get to know our son and build a relationship. After a transition period, the role will shift to part-time, Mon-Fri, 12 or 3pm-5pm, plus occasional evenings for date nights, as a long-term position.

Location: Paulus Hook Waterfront, Jersey City

Pay: $20 hourly rate, depending on experience, paid weekly

Start date: ASAP - flexible, but prefer to start right away
