Duties
-Assist with the setup, cleanup, and organization of construction sites to ensure smooth workflow
-Support skilled workers by handling manual tasks such as lifting, carrying materials, and positioning equipment
-Read and interpret basic construction plans and technical drawings to aid in project execution
-Operate power tools safely and efficiently under supervision, including drills, saws, and grinders
-Perform routine equipment repairs and maintenance to keep tools and machinery in optimal condition
-Follow all workplace safety regulations, including OSHA safety standards, respiratory protection protocols, and climbing safety procedures
-Must be able to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen. Randoms are also performed

Skills
-Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately
-Mechanical aptitude for understanding equipment repair and maintenance
-Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations and OSHA standards
-Physical strength for heavy lifting, manual handling, climbing, and working at heights
-Understanding of industrial construction processes and safety protocols
-Strong commitment to workplace safety, including proper use of respiratory protection and adherence to safety regulations
