Creative Assistant (talent scout) @Jordan House Entertainment

I’m looking for someone to help me find a sharp, creative, young writer—ideally a talented college student or recent grad—who can collaborate with me on a fantasy novel I’ve been developing. I’ve already written a several chapters and outlined the remaining chapters, and while I’m confident in the story and my creative instincts, I need someone with strong writing skills and a fresh voice to help me move the project forward more efficiently.

I’d want this writer to work closely with me under my guidance and approval to help shape the remaining chapters. The ideal candidate would be imaginative, collaborative, and open to working within an existing story framework

so basically you’d be a talent scout to help me find that writer. Preferably looking for someone los Angels or Southern California.
