Position Overview
Our Everbowl Team Members are the face of our restaurant. You will craft delicious, healthy superfood bowls and smoothies while providing upbeat, high-energy customer service. Your goal is to help our guests "Unevolve" by eating clean, nutritious food in a fun and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with an energetic and friendly attitude.
- Educate customers on our superfood bases, toppings, and health benefits.
- Handcraft bowls and smoothies according to Everbowl portion standards.
- Operate registers to process cash and credit card payments accurately.
- Prep ingredients by washing, chopping, and stocking fruits and superfoods.
- Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes, wiping counters, and sweeping floors.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
- High energy to thrive in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Basic math skills for handling money and point-of-sale systems.
- Flexible schedule including availability for weekends and holidays.
- Food handler card or willingness to obtain one before starting.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
Compensation & Availability Tiers
We offer a tiered part-time starting pay scale based on your weekly availability:
- Tier 1 (Premium Pay): Maximum part-time availability (openers, closers, weekends, and holidays).
- Tier 2 (Standard Pay): Limited part-time availability (specific mid-day shifts or partial weekends).
