Looking for a fun, flexible part-time gig that actually pays and doesn't feel like sitting through another lecture? RCS Ecommerce is a fast-growing multi-platform reselling business (TikTok Shop, eBay, Poshmark, Depop, Facebook Marketplace, and more), and we're hiring energetic, witty, spunky people who like to have a great time while getting stuff done. Flexible scheduling works around your class schedule!
Position 1: Listing & Fulfillment Associate
Help us turn pallets of merchandise into polished online listings and get orders out the door. You'll be part photographer, part writer, part shipping pro.
What you'll do:
Photograph merchandise for online listings
Write and post listings across TikTok Shop, eBay, Mercari, Poshmark, Facebook Marketplace, and Depop
Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time
Keep inventory organized and labeled in our warehouse
You'll be a great fit if you:
Are detail-oriented and can keep multiple platforms straight
Have decent phone photography skills (or are willing to learn)
Can lift and move boxes/merchandise
Are reliable and can commit to a regular part-time schedule
Position 2: TikTok Live Streamer / Moderator
Love being in front of the camera? This is your chance to host live shopping shows, hype up the crowd, and help drive real sales - no acting experience required, just personality.
What you'll do:
Host live shopping shows on TikTok (auction-style selling)
Engage viewers in real time - comments, questions, hype
Announce items, prices, and bids with energy and confidence
Help grow our TikTok following and repeat viewership
You'll be a great fit if you:
Are comfortable and confident on camera
Think fast and can improvise/banter with a live audience
Have genuine enthusiasm for sales, retail, or content creation
Are available for evening live shows (Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday nights)
Both roles are perfect if you:
Are energetic, witty, and spunky
Like having fun at work (seriously - we don't take ourselves too seriously)
Are a college student looking for flexible part-time hours
Want real hands-on experience in ecommerce, social media, and live sales
Location: Mundelein, IL
