Seeking a 1:1 Support Person for a Young Adult with Special Needs
I am looking for a kind, patient, and dependable person to provide one-on-one support for a sweet young adult woman with special needs while she attends a photography class in the neighborhood.
The class involves walking around the community taking photographs, so she will need support navigating the terrain safely and managing some of her fears, particularly dogs and pigeons, which she is actively working on overcoming.
She is a very sweet and social young woman who simply needs some extra support and reassurance during the class.
Location 60 MacDougal st.
Schedule: Every Wednesday, 12:00-1:30 PM
Dates: September 23rd through December 16th
Pays : $50 CASH / WEEK
Because consistency is very important, we are looking for someone who can commit to being there every Wednesday for the entire session through MID December.
This would be a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working one-on-one with young adults with special needs and has a patient, encouraging personality.
