WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Create Unforgettable Guest Experiences: Welcome guests, guide them through their VR adventure, assist with gearing up and down, and make sure every group leaves excited about their experience.
Master the Experience: Become an expert in our games, equipment, and guest journey while helping new team members learn the Sandbox VR experience.
Keep Us Experience-Ready: Maintain clean, organized, and visually impressive guest areas, experience rooms, and VR equipment throughout every shift.
Troubleshoot in Real Time: Identify and resolve basic technical issues, partnering with management and technical support when needed to keep experiences running smoothly.
Put Safety First: Follow all safety, equipment, and cleanliness standards to create a safe and comfortable environment for guests and teammates.
Be a Team Player: Communicate issues, ideas, and updates clearly, jump in where needed, and collaborate with your team to keep the store operating at its best.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Guest-Obsessed: You're friendly, engaging, and genuinely enjoy creating memorable experiences for people. You communicate confidently and professionally while making guests feel welcome and cared for.
Tech-Comfortable: You're comfortable learning new technology, working with VR equipment, and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
Team-First: You bring a positive attitude, communicate well, and work effectively with others - especially during busy, high-energy shifts.
Fast-Paced & Proactive: You take initiative, solve problems, learn quickly, and can stay organized while juggling multiple priorities.
Reliable & Detail-Oriented: You take pride in keeping equipment and guest spaces clean, organized, safe, and ready for the next adventure.
Ready to Move: You're comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and can bend, use stairs, handle VR equipment, and occasionally lift more than 40 lbs.
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
