Project Engineer @IWR
Description
This is a hands-on developmental position that combines project coordination, technical learning, client interaction, and regular field exposure.
Project Engineers work alongside Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, Project Executives, Superintendents, and other members of the IWR team while developing an understanding of the technical, commercial, and operational elements required to successfully execute a project. The role is expected to build both process discipline and practical judgment by connecting office responsibilities to how IWR's work is actually installed in the field.
Successful Project Engineers are curious, organized, accountable, and eager to understand not only what needs to be done, but why it matters to the project. As capability grows, the position provides a clear foundation for increased project responsibility and advancement into Project Management.
